Welcome !

It is my great pleasure as the Chair of Congleton U3A, and on behalf of the rest of the Committee, to welcome you to our website. Our chief aim is to encourage full participation from our Members in all the activities on offer based on one of the founding objectives of U3A.

We currently run over 100 groups offering a diverse selection of subjects from Arts and Crafts, Languages, Science and Technology, Bridge and a variety of other Games, History, Music and Dance, Walking and Cycling, and various Sports, both indoor and outdoor.

We are fortunate to have amongst our Members a significant number of volunteers to act as Group Leaders to organize the Groups, and to provide Committee Support, although all Members attending groups are encouraged to participate fully in the Groups they attend.

We look forward to welcoming you to Learn, Laugh and Live.

Paul Adby
Chairman of Congleton & District U3A
